Who we are

holyshiit.com is operated by Wiggle Entertainment AB, org. no. 559468-8904, Hemvägen 14N, 393 61 Kalmar, Sweden. Questions go to support@holyshiit.se, answered weekdays 08 to 17 CET.

Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Payment is handled securely at checkout by Shopify Payments and its partners. Items remain our property until paid in full.

Orders

You receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement is binding once we confirm your order. We may cancel an order in case of obvious errors, for example a clearly incorrect price, and will always tell you why.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. To use it, email support@holyshiit.se. You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency.

Faulty items

We are the seller and we carry the full responsibility for faults under Swedish consumer law, which gives you a 3-year right of complaint. Contact us and we replace or refund. We will never send you to a manufacturer or a courier.

Disputes

We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se.
