Where it ships from

Most items ship from a European warehouse. The delivery estimate for each item is shown on its product page and at checkout, before you pay anything.

How long it takes

Typically 3 to 7 business days for EU-stocked items. If an item ships from further away, its product page says so clearly. We never write fast shipping when the honest answer is a number.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If something goes wrong

If your package is late or arrives damaged, email support@holyshiit.se with your order number and we sort it out. You will not be asked to chase a courier.
