Returns and withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery under EU distance selling rules. To use it, email support@holyshiit.se with your order number.

Your legal rights

You also have a 3-year right of complaint for faults under Swedish consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

How returns work

Email support@holyshiit.se with your order number. Returns go to our address in Sweden, never overseas. Unless the item is faulty, you pay the return shipping.

Faulty or damaged items

Send a photo with your order number. We replace the item or refund you, and we cover the return shipping. You never need to argue with a courier or a manufacturer, that is our job.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.
