How long does shipping take?
Most items ship from a European warehouse and arrive in 3 to 7 business days. The estimate for your item is shown at checkout before you pay anything. Free shipping is included in every price.
What if it arrives broken?
Email support@holyshiit.se with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or refund you. We will not ask you to negotiate with a courier.
How do returns work?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. Returns go to our address in Sweden, never overseas.
Is this one of those scam gadget stores?
Fair question. We are a registered Swedish company (org. no. 559468-8904) with a street address in Kalmar and a support inbox a human reads. We also tell you what is wrong with every product. Scammers never do that.
How can I pay?
Klarna, all major cards, and Apple Pay. Prices include VAT. No surprises at the door.
